3. Using Our Website
You may use this website only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
- Use the website in a way that could damage, disable or compromise its security.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, customer accounts or connected systems.
- Introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful technology.
- Copy, reproduce or exploit our website content without permission.
- Use automated systems to scrape, harvest or extract information from the website.
- Use the website for fraudulent activity or to place orders using false information.
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our customers or our business.
4. Eligibility and Customer Information
You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to place an order.
You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information when ordering. You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery address, email address and payment details are correct.
We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you, although we will take reasonable steps to help where possible.
5. Products and Product Information
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, measurements, materials, images and other information are accurate.
Colours and finishes may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting conditions or device. These minor display differences do not affect your legal rights where a product is materially different from its description.
Measurements may vary slightly within reasonable manufacturing tolerances. Where fit or sizing guidance is supplied, it is intended as general guidance and does not guarantee that a particular size will fit every customer.
All products are subject to availability. Placing an item in your basket does not reserve it.
We may limit purchase quantities where reasonably necessary, including for limited releases, suspected resale activity, pricing errors or stock-control purposes.
6. Prices, Taxes and Payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout.
Prices include applicable UK taxes where required, but may exclude delivery charges. Delivery costs will be displayed before you complete your order.
For international orders, you may be responsible for import duties, customs charges, local taxes or handling fees unless these are expressly included at checkout. These charges are imposed by the destination country and are outside our control.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment must be authorised before an order can be processed.
We may correct pricing or product-information errors before accepting an order. Where an obvious error affects your order, we will contact you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
7. Orders and Contract Formation
After placing an order, you should receive an order-confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that it has been accepted.
A binding contract is formed when we send you confirmation that your order has been dispatched, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier.
We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch where:
- The product is unavailable.
- Payment cannot be authorised.
- The order contains an obvious pricing or product-information error.
- We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised resale activity.
- We cannot deliver to the address provided.
- A purchase limit has been exceeded.
Where payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, we will issue a refund.
8. Pre-orders and Limited Releases
Certain products may be offered as pre-orders or limited releases.
Where a product is a pre-order, the estimated dispatch period will be displayed on the product page or during checkout. Estimated dates may change because of production, quality-control, freight or customs delays.
If a significant delay occurs, we will provide an update and, where required by law, allow you to cancel for a refund.
Products purchased in the same order as a pre-order may be dispatched together unless stated otherwise.
9. Delivery
Available delivery methods, estimated timeframes and charges will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed delivery date. We will take reasonable steps to deliver within the stated timeframe and, unless otherwise agreed, within the period required by applicable consumer law.
You must notify us promptly if:
- Your parcel has not arrived within the expected period.
- Tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you have not received it.
- The parcel arrives visibly damaged.
- Any item is missing from the delivery.
Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you, or to a person identified by you to receive them.
Ownership of the goods passes to you once we have received full payment.
10. Your Right to Cancel
Where you purchase online as a consumer, you normally have the right to cancel eligible orders within 14 days without giving a reason.
For goods, the cancellation period normally ends 14 days after the day you, or a person nominated by you, receives the goods.
To cancel, contact us at sales@championinactionuk.store with your name, order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.
After notifying us, you must normally return the goods within a further 14 days.
Unless the goods are faulty, incorrect or otherwise not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning them.
Returned goods should be kept in good condition. You may inspect and try on clothing as you would reasonably do in a physical store. We may reduce a refund where handling beyond what is reasonably necessary has reduced the value of the goods.
The cancellation right may not apply to:
- Personalised or custom-made products.
- Sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
- Other products excluded under applicable consumer law.
These exclusions do not apply where a product is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet your statutory rights.
UK online customers generally have 14 days after receipt to cancel and another 14 days to return the goods. Standard outbound delivery must normally be refunded, although additional premium-delivery costs do not have to be refunded.
11. Refunds
Where you validly cancel an eligible order, we will refund:
- The price paid for the returned goods.
- The cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us, where required by law.
We will normally issue the refund using your original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
We may wait until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
Refund timing and any deductions will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and our published Return Policy.
12. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
Products must be as described, fit for their usual purpose and of satisfactory quality.
Where you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact sales@championinactionuk.store as soon as reasonably possible and include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs, where relevant.
Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, we may provide a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
We will cover reasonable return costs where an item is confirmed as faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially not as described.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights. Businesses cannot contract out of responsibility for faulty goods, goods that are not as described or other mandatory consumer protections.
13. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions displayed at the time of the offer.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Only one discount code may be used per order.
- Codes cannot be applied retrospectively.
- Codes may have an expiry date or minimum spend.
- Selected products or releases may be excluded.
- Promotions remain subject to stock availability.
We may withdraw a promotion where there is an error, fraud or misuse, but will not change the agreed price of an order after it has been accepted.
14. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including the C|I|A name, Champion In Action name, logos, graphics, photographs, product designs, artwork, copy, videos and website layout, belongs to us or is used under licence.
You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license or commercially exploit our content without our prior written permission.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual-property rights associated with that product or its design.
15. Reviews, Messages and Submitted Content
Where you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm that:
- The content is accurate and based on your genuine experience.
- You have the right to submit it.
- It does not infringe another person’s rights.
- It is not unlawful, abusive, defamatory or misleading.
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use it for operating and promoting our business, subject to applicable privacy and advertising laws.
We may remove submitted content where we reasonably believe it is unlawful, fraudulent, irrelevant or infringes another person’s rights.
16. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, social platforms and delivery companies.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the content or availability of independent third-party websites, although this does not limit our responsibility for services we use to fulfil our contract with you.
17. Privacy and Cookies
Our collection and use of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Our use of cookies and similar technologies is explained through our cookie banner and related privacy settings.
By using the website, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed in accordance with those notices and applicable law.
18. Our Responsibility to You
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
We do not exclude or limit responsibility where it would be unlawful to do so, including responsibility for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence.
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
- Breach of your statutory consumer rights.
- Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Products sold through this website are intended primarily for personal use. We are not responsible for business losses, loss of profit or loss of commercial opportunity arising from consumer use of the products.
19. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, transport disruption, customs delays, industrial action, natural disasters, government action or major failures of communication networks.
Where such an event affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and keep you informed. Your cancellation and refund rights will continue to apply where required by law.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our operations, services or legal obligations.
The Terms that apply to your purchase will normally be those in force when your order is accepted. We will not retrospectively change a confirmed contract without your agreement unless required by law.
The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
21. General Provisions
If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
A delay in enforcing a right does not mean that the right has been waived.
No person other than you and us has the right to enforce the contract, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
22. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom or another country, you will continue to benefit from any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, but consumers residing in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts where permitted.
Please contact us first so that we can try to resolve any concern directly.
